Thank you for choosing The Creative Corner. We value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality services and digital products. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for both digital products and creative services.
By purchasing from The Creative Corner, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable templates, planners, design files and other digital content.
1.1 Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not offered.
However, if you experience technical issues or feel the product does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days and we will gladly assist.
1.2 Returns
Digital products cannot be returned.
If you have any problems with your download, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Creative Services
Creative services include website design, graphic design, social media marketing and writing services.
2.1 Refunds
We want you to be happy with your project. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the deliverables.
We will review your concerns and may offer:
- Additional revisions, or
- A partial refund (depending on the work completed)
Full refunds are not available once work has begun, as time and resources have already been invested.
2.2 Returns
Services cannot be returned, but we are committed to resolving any issues as fairly and transparently as possible.
3. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern
To start a refund or issue review, email us at info@thecreativecorner.co.za with:
- Your full name
- The service or product purchased
- Your order date
- A short description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days and may request additional details if needed.
4. Fees & Deductions
- Digital products: no refunds after download or access
- Services: partial refunds (if applicable) will be based on work already completed and time spent
There are no fees for submitting a request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before purchasing, please ensure:
- Digital products are compatible with your device or software
- Service requirements and expectations are clearly communicated before work begins
